• Promotional gift cards may expire under Florida Statute § 501.95.

• This promotional card expires 60 days after issuance.

• Not redeemable for cash.

• Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

• One reward issued per $300 spent in a single order.

• Lost or stolen promotional cards cannot be replaced.
