Get’em ProSeries Refund & Return Policy
At Get’em ProSeries, we want every customer to be confident in their purchase. Please read our full Refund & Return Policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and order issues are handled.
1. Accuracy of Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information at checkout.
Get’em ProSeries is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or old address that was provided by the customer.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
2. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Once the shipping carrier marks your package as delivered, Get’em ProSeries is not liable for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Damaged packages after delivery
If you experience any delivery issues, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and providing your tracking number so they may assist you.
3. Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for a exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Item must be returned within 3 days of receiving your order.

Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

All original tags and packaging must be attached.

Item must not show any signs of wear, including deodorant marks, scents, stretching, or stains.
If an item is returned and does not meet these requirements, it will be denied and sent back to the customer.
4. Exchanges Only (No Cash Refunds)
Get’em ProSeries does not offer cash refunds, store credit refunds, or credit card refunds.
All approved returns are exchange-only.
Customers may exchange for:

A different size
-
A different color
-
A different item of equal value
If the item you want is sold out, a store credit may be offered at our discretion.
5. Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Get’em ProSeries does not provide prepaid return labels.
We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking, as we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
6. When Exchanges Are Processed
Exchanges are processed only after the returned item is:

Received by our returns department

Inspected and approved
Please allow additional time for processing once the item reaches us.
7. Final Sale Items (No Returns or Exchanges)
ALL SALE ITEMS, PROMOS, OR FREE GIFTS, GIVEAWAYS, ARE FINAL (NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES)
For hygiene and sanitation reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

Swimsuits
-
Any swimwear or intimate apparel
These items are final sale.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items Received
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A clear photo of the item

A description of the issue
We will assist you promptly to resolve the problem.
