RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Get’em ProSeries luxury piece. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

STANDARD RETURNS (NON-LIMITED ITEMS)


• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Original packaging, tags, dust bags, and accessories must be included

• Proof of purchase is required

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

LIMITED EDITION & LUXURY BAGS — FINAL SALE


All limited edition items are FINAL SALE.

This includes, but is not limited to:

 

• Limited edition handbags

• Numbered or authenticated pieces

• Items released in restricted quantities

• Promotional or early-access items

• Gifted or influencer-distributed items

 

No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for limited edition luxury bags under any circumstances.

 

Each limited edition bag includes a Certificate of Authenticity, which becomes void if removed, altered, or separated from the product.

CONDITION REQUIREMENTS (IF RETURN IS APPROVED)


If a return is approved for eligible items:

 

• Item must show no signs of wear, use, or damage

• All protective coverings must remain intact

• Items used for photoshoots, events, or appearances will be denied

• Any return failing inspection will be sent back to the customer

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT


Exchanges are only available for eligible non-limited items, subject to availability.

 

At our discretion, approved returns may receive store credit instead of a refund.

Store credit is valid for 12 months.

REFUND PROCESSING


Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS


Get’em ProSeries reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria or appears to violate the spirit of this policy.

 

CHARGEBACK, FRAUD & FINAL SALE POLICY

FINAL SALE ACKNOWLEDGMENT (LIMITED EDITION ITEMS)


All limited edition luxury bags, authenticated items, and restricted releases sold by Get’em ProSeries are FINAL SALE.

 

In accordance with Florida Statutes § 501.011–501.213, all sales are deemed final once the transaction is completed and the item is shipped.

 

No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted for limited edition items under any circumstances.

 

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

You reviewed the product description and images

You understand the item is final sale

You waive any right to dispute the transaction based on buyer’s remorse, dissatisfaction, or misuse

AUTHORIZED USE & CARDHOLDER RESPONSIBILITY


By submitting payment, the customer affirms that:

They are the authorized cardholder or have permission to use the payment method

The transaction is knowingly and voluntarily authorized

The billing and shipping information provided is accurate

 

False claims of unauthorized use after confirmed delivery may be treated as fraudulent activity.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & PROOF OF FULFILLMENT


Get’em ProSeries uses verified carriers with tracking and delivery confirmation.

 

Under Florida law and payment network rules:

Carrier confirmation constitutes legal proof of delivery

Claims of non-receipt after confirmed delivery will be disputed

Signature confirmation may be required for high-value items

CHARGEBACK DISPUTES


Customers agree to contact Get’em ProSeries prior to initiating any chargeback.

 

Chargebacks filed in violation of posted policies will be disputed with supporting evidence, including but not limited to:

Order confirmation

IP address verification

Delivery confirmation

Certificate of Authenticity records

Customer acknowledgment of final sale terms

 

Improper chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and denial of future purchases.

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY


Fraudulent disputes, false claims, or abuse of the chargeback process may result in:

Recovery of funds and associated chargeback fees

Reporting to payment processors

Legal action under applicable Florida statutes

 

Get’em ProSeries reserves the right to cooperate with financial institutions and law enforcement when necessary.

GOVERNING LAW & VENUE


All transactions, disputes, and claims shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

Venue for any legal action shall lie exclusively in Florida courts.
